1. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
  • Customer acknowledges that the vehicle’s condition has been reviewed prior to service.
  • Clean Kings Services is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
    • Scratches, dents, rock chips, paint defects, or clear coat failure
    • Worn, cracked, or damaged interior materials
    • Faded, oxidized, or deteriorated surfaces
  • Any visible concerns may be documented via photo or video prior to service.
2. Results Disclaimer
  • Detailing is a restoration and improvement service, not a guarantee of full defect removal.
  • Some stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections may not be fully removable.
  • Results vary depending on the age, condition, and materials of the vehicle.
3. Service Limitations & Risk Acknowledgment
  • Customer understands that detailing processes (including steam cleaning, extraction, chemical treatments, and polishing) carry inherent risks, especially on aged or compromised surfaces.
  • Clean Kings Services is not liable for:
    • Damage to fragile, aged, or previously repaired surfaces
    • Electrical or mechanical issues that arise during or after service
    • Loose trim, badges, or components that may detach during cleaning
  • Clean Kings Services is not responsible for aftermarket modifications (tint, wraps, films, coatings, etc.) that may react unpredictably to cleaning.
4. Products & Protection Disclaimer
  • Clean Kings Services uses professional-grade products and techniques.
  • Durability and longevity of coatings, sealants, or treatments are not guaranteed, as results depend on maintenance, environment, and usage.
5. Personal Belongings
  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service.
  • Any items left in the vehicle may be bagged or placed in the trunk during service.
  • Clean Kings Services is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, the customer agrees to:

  • Remove valuables and personal items prior to appointment
  • Inform us of any leaks, sensitive surfaces, prior damage, or concerns
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled location
7. Service Scope & Add-Ons
  • Only services selected and confirmed prior to work will be performed.
  • Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional cost and time.
8. Environmental & Weather Conditions (Mobile Service)
  • As a mobile service, results may be affected by environmental conditions such as wind, dust, temperature, and sunlight.
  • Clean Kings Services will take all reasonable precautions but is not responsible for conditions outside of its control.
9. Water, Power & Access 
  • Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle location.
  • If water or power access is required and unavailable, service adjustments may be necessary.
10. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
11. Photos & Documentation
  • Clean Kings Services may take before and after photos/videos for documentation and quality control.
  • With customer permission, images may be used for marketing purposes.
12. Satisfaction & Final Inspection
  • A final walkthrough will be conducted when possible.
  • By accepting the vehicle at completion, the customer acknowledges the service has been performed according to the agreed scope.
13. Limitation of Liability
  • Clean Kings Services shall not be held liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Unavoidable outcomes based on vehicle condition
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Customer agrees that service is performed at their own risk based on vehicle condition.
